The simple question is: When old women/men with walking sticks walked to the Polling Stations on the 7th/8th December 2012,whom did they vote for as President.Winning election is the number of votes counted after everything was over at 6pm.We know that there was no ballot stuffing;we did not see or anyone arrested for voting twice at any of the 26,002 polling stations.The NPP have not accused the EC for any fraudulent act.SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM. No party agent complained at the polling stations seeing anybody voting without undergoing biometric verification.
Article 46(3)talks about (a) Polling Station and (b)No of votes cast in favour of each candidate.....
These are the two prerequisites.Then Article 42 of the Constitution.Has the NPP complained of people voting who were under 18 years of age? NO.Has the NPP complained of foreigners voting? NO.Has the NPP complained of people voting whose names were not on the Voters Register, NO.Has the NPP complained of people who voted who were "CRAZY"? NO.Most interestingly, Dr. Bawumiah said several times in the WITNESS box that YOU AND I WERE NOT THERE.How can somebody claim to be a witness whereas he did not see events with his NAKED EYES.These people are jokers, in fact jaguar jokers!

here we go again, another pepeni idiot pratt trying to mislead the Akans and lull us into a comfort zone so we are unprepared . war will definitely come not because of a petition but rather because of the injustices , corruption and mentality of my time has come so let me chop some. all the signs of a prewar climate are now very evident , the army come out in full bravado force to scare the people , the national security calling for unnecessary meetings with political parties , people beginning to hoard food ,rice and canned goods , the list is endless . political parties dont cause wars rather it a time when new leaders are born . this political oligarchy has failed so the time is ripe for grass roots changes and that can only be achieved in war . don't believe the hype and stay vigilant and ready , long live the republic of Akan

Whatever verdict the Supreme Court will arrive at will be made clear on August 29; the whole world is waiting for the "D" day. It's not up to anyone; be he/she politician or commentator to decide for the Supreme Court Justices. They set themselves up to meet the task. Theirs was to determine whether there were irregularities, malpractices, ommission, commissions, over-voting, votin without biometric verification etc. And if there were, whether it affected the results of the December elections. The NPP has helped uncover the kind of election fraud that's been canker in Ghana's elections and politics. Infact this fraud has been going on since 1992, the latest which occured in 2008. Nobody should try to fool themselves by thinking the case before the Supreme Court is just jokes. As some NDC scouts have been saying; "Oh, elections are won at the polls but not in the court house" amid cheers from their supporters. Ghanaians cannot be taken for granted! It's totally insane to have people queue in the scortching for hours only to have their votes scuttled. Interestingly, some politicians still think that the Supreme Court has no business or authority. People should take the Supreme Court for granted. They can provide some deadly shocks. Hmmm! They look ordinary; of course they're humans lik us, but by the constitution, they have the power to do the unimaginable---the "power" to command things. Let people be wise.
