The NPP's definition of over voting is highly questionable. We all followed the case at the Supreme Court and all the evidence submitted in support of the petitioner's case is nothing but a trash. Even the final submission if ...

I always admire but a beg to differ in this instance. I know you know in the court of law what NPP is asking for is untenable. So please spare us this gimmicks. I still love MAN!!
Gabby make very interesting reading, the vote of the voter is supreme according to Nana, then why is every tom, dick and harry from busia, danquah fold scheming to innocent votes annulled on untenable premise that some lazy, ...

Gabby's article is a veiled attempt to intimidate the SC to rule in favour of the petitioners. The very people who are trying to rock the boat will be the first to leave the country if the SC ruling leads to violence.
Keep on dreaming.
Gabby,you are just gabbage.
Come August 29, the sc will nullify over 4 million votes because nana addo has to be president of Ghana. Our white cloths are ready For church.

Gabby, I'm not a lawyer. But if you, a lawyer cannot see defeat starring you in the face then I don't envision you winning any case for your clients unless you are one of those in the cans of Owusu Afriyie 'Sir John' who dons ...

YOU CAN SEE THE OBVIOUS WHY DO YOU ASK HIM AGAIN?
Please it is not because because Nana Addo has to be president. It is because that is WHAT THE LAW SAYS.
The idea that you cannot comment on an on-going case is a legal fiction, as reflected in this commentary by a practicing lawyer. And the double standard of Atuguba and his legal minions is that they will not find Gabby's arti ...

Dr. SAS, yes, the law of contempt has become the subject of much debate in recent months in Ghana. In this context, regardless of the purpose of this article by Gabby, it does not appear to have any prejudicial effect on the ...

I am just saying that if the common mantra often articulated by those contempt mongers were to be given adherence, Gabby will be found to be in contempt, having made prejudicial comment on an ongoing case. I am just being fac ...

A gentleman is one who accepts he has made a mistake and apologises.Stop being stubborn and withdraw your stand. The Justice is right. Can you talk this crap to the chief linguist of Asantehene and not get a fine?
Gabby, you have over-flogged the issue. I agree with you. I don't think our eminent judges will do otherwise. Thank you.

If Kuffour's 2 back to back victories were perfect ones even without any biometric verifications and this recent one is not good to NPP because they lost then there wouldn't be any perfect election in Ghana.

In politics,Honesty is always in short supply.Politicians always speak from both sides of the mouth. This article reflects that.If JDM cannot be trusted why should anyone trust Nana Akufo-Addo?
You're right, Kwobia. What reasons do we have to trust Akufo-Addo if we cannot trust mahama? What really is the difference between them? Are they not all the same lying politicians? Akufo-Addo cannot even ensure Ghanaians abo ...
