    >> How was he able to prove beyond every reasonable doubt that President Mahama and the EC stole the elections from him?>>

Nana Akua, thank you for educating some the ignoramus NPP followers that they went through the Law School but they don't practice law.

  • pink sheet president 10 years ago

Nana, thank you very much. I am no lawyer and knew next to nothing about law.But if i were one of those who are working their hopes into a crecsendo to wards the D day, this article will surely tone me down. Thanks, once again.

"Someone could have picked up a pink sheet, filled it in and thrown it in" as Addison said is not the preponderance of the evidence. That is wild speculation.

Okro Mouth, you are learning. It is good. You made the same mistake sometime back on SAY IT LOUD and you were corrected on that forum by the lawyers there. In teaching you on the nuances of the law, those members of that foru ...

How can Nana Akua tell us whether the petitioners dischraged their burden of proof when she knows less than nothing about the burden of proof between a civil trial and a criminal trial?

  • Okoe 10 years ago

The lady is not arguing the difference between civil proof and criminal proof in court. I am also not a lawyer but proof is proof whether criminal or civil and it needed to be nothing but the truth.

THESE ARE BAD DAYS FOR NANA AKUFO-ADDO AS HIS TREACHEROUS CASE IS BEING BUTCHERED EVERYDAY. INDEED HE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO DISCHARG THE BURDEN OF PROOF.

  • Okro One aka The Truth Detector 10 years ago

How could this be "another excellent piece" when Nana Akua's analysis is based on standard of proof beyond a reasonable doubt in a civil trial>

Only uneducated gorro boys like Kwame thinks this piece is excellent. Nonsense

NPP came to court with the posture that they are too big to fail. They thought that their presence alone in court would cower everyone
Including the nine justices, who took care of "Sir John".

Now that the SC verdict is OBVIOUS, should the coup plotter Mahama be sent to FIRING SQUAD at the TESHIE RANGE ?

  • Hafiz. Techiman 10 years ago
