  The petitioners themselves made so many errors in their affidavits and pink sheet analysis. With over 26,000 presiding officers, one would expect errors to be made. These people do not do this every day but once every 4 years ...

  When he was ready to leave the next morning, certain things having transpired, he told her he didn't have that much money with him, but would have his secretary mail her a check for it, made out with a memo of RENT FOR APARTMENT, to avoid any embarrassment.
  
  On the way to the office, however, after thinking the matter over carefully, he decided the night hadn't been worth what he’d agreed to pay. As a result, he had his secretary send a check for $250 instead, and enclosed the following explanatory note:

  Upon receipt of the note, the girl immediately returned the check, with this note:
  
  "I am returning the check for $250. I cannot understand how you could expect such a beautiful apartment to remain unoccupied. As for the heat... there is plenty of it there if you know how to turn it on. As for the size, it's not my fault if you didn't have enough furniture to furnish it."
  
  NANA HAS BECOME LIKE THE BUSINESSMAN WHO DONT HAVE ENOUGH FURNITURE TO FINISH IT.THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN A VOTE COUNT INSTEAD OF THE PINK SHEETS.

  My take is that the SC will rule that for all the polling stations where they find violations, the elections should be re-run in three weeks. All the other polling stations not being challenged will hold as declared and the results will be recollated and declared. The new president will then be sworn in at the end of September. HOW ABOUT THAT. Talk about justice and fairness and you have both at one breath in such a ruling. LET SEE HOW NADAA wins the election under this scenario. After the NPP found nothing wrong in their strongholds

  but that is not what NPP's judicial mischief is about. Their mission is to effect a coup d'etat by exploiting constitutional loopholes that allow anybody for any reason to challenge electoral results regardless of how wide the margin of their loss.
  
  Exactly as George Bush's goons brazenly stopped Al Gores' victory in its tracks in Florida in 2000, NPP is borrowing a page from them on how to overturn the will of the voters by resorting to Talibanesque insurrection. That is threaten the elasticity of a democratic system by holding the electorate hostage, then deploy political IEDs (Improvised Explosive Devices), blame the governing party for not paying the ransom NPP is demanding, then turn around and claim political legitimacy.
  
  It galls me to no end that NPP have not paid the price for their hooliganism in the wake of the electionm partly due to the fact that their cronies control the private media. Exactly what teabagger Republicans do in the US.
  
  The verdict of the SC does not interest me, cuz I fundamentally disagree that this petition even warranted their attention in the first place. It sets a bad precedence and robs Pres Mahama of his legitimate victory in December. 9 unelected judges whose appointments are patterned after the ideological bent of presidents who appointed them should NEVER trump the constitutional rights of voters. It's as if we are saying that 9 judges will make a better decision than millions of voters who exercised their franchise. It is wrong, no matter the outcome.
  
  It says any future losing candidate can resort to this rigmarole, and thus why have elections in the first place. The whiff of ethnocentricism in the relentless effort to taint Pres Mahama's legitimacy frightens me. He won by the biggest margin yet Akuffo Addo managed to put an asterisk on JDM's presidency through this quixotic adventure of his. Equally bad is the selfish manner in which Akuffo destroyed the stellar reputation of Electoral Commissioner Afari Djan. It stinks to high Heaven just how wanton greed can unleash such destructive powers.

THE RESPONDENTS DEFENCE WAS RUBBISHED WHEN THE COURT ADDRESSED THE PARTIES. YOU REALISED THAT A LOT OF HOLES WERE PUNCHED IN THE RESPODENTS ADDRESSES. THE RESPONDENTS DID NOT MANAGE TO CONTRADICT DR.   The biggest problem facing Akufo-Addo is that he has increasingly lost credibility amongst Ghanaians in recent months(including most worryingly within his own NPP, judging from the increasing murmurs and grumbles doing the rounds at the moment)He is increasingly viewed as a poor loser who lacks the humility to accept that most Ghanaians did not want him to be president during the last election. Furthermore the international community has been largely indifferent to Akufo-Addo's side of the argument and this is a particularly ominous sign for the current NPP leadership. His frequent trips abroad do not appear to have won him any powerful foreign backers. I predict that aggrieved NPP faithful will likely turn on poor Nana as the whole mess unravels over the next few weeks to months and recriminations start. I expect dogfights and lots of fireworks pretty soon with camp NPP.

The reason for saying the above is as follows: For the purpose of time, I will only concentrate on your point 6 in which you said something to the effect that the Petitioners did not catch anybody at the polling station and therefore cannot claim that something bad went on. What a gargantuan analysis. Tell me", does an auditor need to be present at the time a fraud is being committed before he can indict somebody of fraud.Does a policeman need to present at the time a murder is committed before arresting the criminal for prosecution. If this is your analysis then I am not surprised that Ghana is where it is.

  Does a policeman just go arresting everyone at the crime scene? He needs to invite people who were possible there for investigation and use some as witnesses. Who witnessed the offenses NPP is talking about and who did they invite as witnesses? All the have are "Laptop and CD ROM" evidences. excuse me , but NPP went hunting for whales in a pond with a fish hook.

  The sc should have thrown out the case as frivolous,bad faith and mischief making.no witness to beef up any of the claims,making up accusations as the case went on,clearly petitioners should make an effort to educate themselves properly in the electoral process of GHANA.This a total waste of time,they should have known better, their case is in total shambles,they should apologize .

Or should I say u are ignorant on this? the court ordered that all witnesses should come in the form of affidavits. there are affidavits to that effect from the petitioners don't know because u either didn't follow the proceedings or u just don't know, in any case, read Acts 17:11

Nothing in the pages of their so-called election rigging hold water...and I will be surprise if NDC leadership even think to include any of NPP leaders in this current administration. Just leave NPP alone until they put their acts together to win an election.
