Fake leaders claim thrones without building kingdoms as pepeni has done by murdering mills . today there is another divide and that is the north south whereby these Muslims think its their god given right to plunder and oppress the Akans. Just as pharaoh had pestilence after pestilence , no water , no electricity , no infrastructure , no development, chinese locusts poisoning our lands and waters ,corruption and death everywhere and the people suffer. they are blind to see the will of God and in their selfish fantasies think its a right or their turn to pillage the coffers . they send their chariots or special police and army to try in put fear in the children of God the Akans . we are told their plan is to start shooting first and again blame the Akans so we must now prepare and make sure when they do not a single one leaves alive . we number millions and can never be defeated by your mischievous fools . THe lord has promised us freedom and nobody with their trickery and biased toilet carrying pepeni judges can stop it.It is time to take the children to the villages and prepare to defend ourselves against this evil pepeni , long live the republic of Akan

Idiot, so if the verdict is against your party, you'll deem it as injustice & therefore war is the solution? Grow up & watch the news in war torn countries & tell me if war is the answer.

This is a masterpiece that must be read by all well meaning Ghanains. Mr Bimpeh what Justice.. In today's times , ask ten people what justice means and you wil get ten different answers. The fact is that in democratic dispensation, we have given our trut to nine Justices to settle the differences between us. We accept that what hey wil deliver for us wil be Just. We there will be under ratio to say that what they wil deliver will be injustice otherwise we have no business standing before them pleading our case as we have all done

I am really in the camp of this writer, but still a little bit of fore-warning is not out of place. If we all understand the meaning of "Rule of Law" there will be absolute peace. Yes nobody has the right to violence but the unfortunate thing is that some uninformed people may think they have that right. Nobody has the right to take other peoples properties by force (steal), yet some people do just that. That's why we lock our doors when we go out. Probably the "peace mongers" have overdone it but it is not totally out of place to warn people. Instead of just locking the door, they are rather bracing the door with chains and nails. God bless Ghana.

When you have a case of politicians and party communication spokespersons grossly disrespecting each other, spewing invectives, inciting their youth organisations and at times blatently threatening behaviour (beheading and killing people if justice does not go their way)surely that demands a call for peace.
The incessant demand for peace didn't come out of the blue so let's not pretend that all was serene before the various summits and civic campaigns begun. The peace council and the civic organisations that you are blaming stood back and quietly negotiated with waring factions in the north and the likes of Nkonya-Alavanyo when the SC was in the thick of the petition. At various stages they were blamed for remaining quite when it was clear that the strong arm of justice was taking it's course in the SC.The organisation cannot and should not be made a punching bag for the ineptitude of our politicians who actively and tacitly encourage such incitement. It had to take a panel of 9 judges to ban, jail and fine no less than five of them before sanity was brought on our airwaves. The Americans are not stupid, they have their intelligence and will call it as the see it.

We may not be lawyers, most of us, but we are not stupid. After all, are all these back and forth etc. not about the votes by regular people like me?. Before the last election was held the public was educated, at least, enough to have a peaceful voting session. Among others, if I am sitting in my room and the EC comes on my television set to educate me that where ever counted votes outnumbered verified voters, the results of that polling station will be cancelled, and when the EC refuses to follow that same law that it preached and if the SUPREME COURT thinks it is alright to disregard the LAW and still call it a free and fair election, they will have to do that with a LOT of explanation. Cos I don't know why Nana Konadu was disqualified over signatures by the same EC and at this point signatures don't matter. Nana Konadu went to court and still lost. Simple, the law says so, right? Fine. So I personally don't see any difficulty in deciding this case. If the EC had not educated anyone on issues, well, they could twist our arms with the 'grey area' situations. But as far as the obvious is concerned, no amount of big english can succeed in convincing anybody that the ball of kenkey with the burnt bottom is undercooked. Even in so called civilized nations you cannot treat people like they are stupid in the name of the law. No body goes to the sports stadium pledging to agree to disagree to the referee but when the ball crosses the the side line to the stands, everyone knows what it is, not a GOAL but a throw-in, even though it is the referee that we all wait for to make the call. As I began, we are not stupid, at least when it comes to the obvious. The power of the people was taught to us by the PNDC and that power "aint gone nowhere'.Justise will prevail ultimately, and without violence. Kotoko looses to Hearts in Kumasi every time and nobody fights.NPP OFFICES get raided and every body knows why and there is no fighting. NPP thinks they will win the election and they don't but nobody fights. Akuffo-Addo gets about the same votes as his paliamentarians(5.2..million) but Mahama gets 5.5 million while all his paliamentarians put together get 5.1..400000 votes, from where? but nobody fights.Justice will prevail ultimately but it will never be done through violence. So let those thinking that they can use scare tactics to evade justice be advised, you can carry a solution in search of a problem. You will offload when you get tired because justice will be served no matter what without violence. Violence is counter-productive and we are NOT STUPID.
