  The key is simply to use Ghanaians inside of Ghana as an "out-source". Example: I, an African American or Black American, can not reach the closed-minds of Ghanaian-Americans across the US if I am not DIRECTLY a member of their church or social group. It is impossible, too many inward mindsets. So instead, am training Ghanaians in Ghana on how to be my affiliate marketing business "out-source" or the folks that can talk to US Gh-Americans and try to wake them up.
  What is in it for the Ghanaians inside of Ghana...10% commission. One example is I am an independent affiliate marketer for a US-based school located in at least 7 major US cities. I recruit new US-based students for the school by various marketing means. I use Gh folks to recruit Gh-Americans for me. My commission is from $1,000 up to $6,850 per recruited student. So the local Ghanaian that helps me gets 10% of the above stated amount. So for all involved it is a "win-win" situation. The school wins, I win, the new student wins and my "out-source" wins too.
