I have been made to understand that the definition of democracy is government of the people, by the people, and for the people. This is what I read from books. Now, it seems like, according to the Ghanaian, a second definition is being added to the existing one we already know. That is government by the number of unsigned sheets. Could someone tell me who propounded this newer version of defining democracy.
