  By and large, your analysis has proved accurate. In their ruling however some of the SC justices did indeed favour re-runs in the "areas" affected in their view. I have not always agreed with you but nonetheless respect your overall insightful take on things.
  
  I personally found that surprising and still cannot understand why they would suggest that rather than ask for a RECOUNT in those affected areas. The voting pattern was at times worrisome from my point of view.

  Well again! it is all history now! unfortunately we are not all carved to see: seeing is a of function of internal brain interpretation not a function of the eye itself. Good work again!
