The court is there to hear cases and rule over them. If you haven't taken a particular pooling station to court the court has nothing to do with it. This is not the first time in this world that a court is annuling votes of voters it has happened in Nigeria and other places. This case is about what the law says and not what bokor is speculating. If the law says pink sheets must be signed and they are not signed and decide to take it to court, the court has to look at the law and judge the case not the voters. Similarly the electoral laws allows the EC to cancel results of a particular pooling station if there is over votting and by this the EC did cancel results of two pooling stations, were there not legitimate voters at those pooling stations, but the law was applied because we are guided by laws not what Bokor thinks.
Whatever decision the Judges make they have to quote the law to support it it's not just what they feel.

It is absolutely outside their jurisdiction to make such a pronouncement, and should they take on such a responsibility and act accordingly then may the good lord bless Ghana. After the verdict is finally anounced many will be disappointed since this is the first time Ghana has to go through a thing like this. Political pundits , historians, activists, civics teachers please get ready. You will have a lot of educating to do.

Dr. Nkrumah really suffered at the hands of these jungle breeds during his time. Its the 21st century and they are still not cured.

The Supreme Court is there to rule on cases based on the evidence before them and what the laws of the land says. Ghanaians watched and heard all the arguments in court, we heard the electoral laws that were quoted and so it will be surprising for any one who has some brain in his head to call the petitioners lawyer a fool.
