  Even if he did not make these comments, the fact that it is out there will cost the NPP the case. Not that they have made their case in court, by the way.
  
  The comments will have the opposite impact on the judges as they may not want to be seen as NPP's pocket men. Hence, even if they had any sympathy for NPP, they may end up throwing the petition under the bus to save their own skins.
  
  I wonder what qualities NPP have seen in this Awuku guy to have him as their communication officer. Big lesson for him and the party....

  To the NPP, no Ghanaian can think or speak for her/himself. Once you disagree with NPP it does not matter, even if you are a founding member of the NPP, you are an NDC.
