Atuguba also voted for the NPP in the case against Kwame Pianin. I tis so wrong the way some NPP people are treating the honourable Justice. His only sin in the eyes of some NNP leaders is that he voted with three other judges against Jake Obetsebi Lamptey taking government bungalows for free. He said that was not constitutional. Atuguba is a good man.

Akufo Addo didn't work as an election official on election day to force the supreme court to reject more than 4 million votes, to allow him to become president. How would he feel if Mahama asked the supreme court to annul even 2 million votes from the Eastern and Ashanti regions, the only two regions Akufo Addo won, I rest my case. NPP's diabolical thinking is exposed!!! Akufo Addo never won election 2012 period.

When the Justices put on their red robes with their black belts and their white head gears covering their ears , they are semi immortals with enormous powers clearly given by the constitution -the very essence of our democratic existence as a nation.Will all these manipulate their minds and judgment ? Will they throw away their intergrity and hardwork accumulated over the ears especially when they know that their judgment will be cited and referenced at all times and in times to come till Our Lord comes?
  I know and believe that they will rule on this matter with evidence, facts , truth , intergrity and with the powers given to them by the constitution .NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS .

  Awuku's comments makes one wonder whether these judges can really be trusted to give a ruling based on available facts. This talk about eight members of the SC panel's "buddy-buddy" relationship with the NPP is extremely disturbing.
  
  This is the kind of inexcusable behaviour that calls for punitive measures from the party leadership.

Your piece of writing can't influence any of them if that was your intended mission. Alleged tape of Sammy Awuku can't influence any of them. NDC and NPP personnel, including the top ones can't influence them. In short, nobody can influence them. The only thing that can have influence on them now is the evidence at their disposal.   From the above it is clear that Ghanaians have been surcharged by the Lords of the Supreme Court,because from the above it is clear that the litigants,which are Nana Akuffo Addo, Mahammudu Bawumia and Jake Obetseby Lamptey do not know the issue they had in contention, before going to court.
  Thus from the above it is the Justices at the Supreme Court who made the charges. I am of the view that in all jurisprudence it is the prosecutor that made the charges, but not the judge.
  "The court set out issues for trial following the failure of parties to agree on issues. The issues set out for trial were whether or not there were statutory omissions,violations and malpractices (if any) affected the outcome of the presidential poll".
  Under the laws of Ghana, it is a prosecutor that made up charges as we stated above, thus the Lords at the Supreme Court do not have the right to make up the case for the petitioners.
  Thus the whole seating at the Supreme Court for the past months is null and void and have no effect. So will be tomorrow's ruling.
  The petitioners failed to deliver a charge at the court and the court has no right to make a case for the petitioners.
  This is a total judicial fraud on the people of Ghana.

Should the court have in the first place entertain this diabolical case? Having packed the court by their members, Akufo Addo rushed there without any single evidence,knowing that at the end, these NPP judges are going to make him president.If it is a new thing in Ghana for a supreme court to change the will of the people as said by this foolish boy,we live to see.I can only hope that,the right thing is done.Whatever the case, I am coming to Ghana to defend my vote.I will not allow my vote to be thrown away in favour of Akufo Addo.
