  Yes, nobody goes to court with the hope of losing his case. The question here is, is the presiding officer a party agent? If party agent? If agents of the NPP signed authenticating the results and a presiding officer refused to sign, what does that mean? It simply means the NPP and such presiding officers were in bed. If this this silly reason my vote is thrown overboard, then all such presiding officers deserve nothing short of lynching.

  This is a mockery of a phd.I personally doubt this degree.This can only come from some one who cleans and sweeps abroad and think he is a champion. Come to Ghana and you are nothing.

  Surely, fair play and democratic Justice are requirements for Peace in all Societies. The question is not whether this is true or not. It is whether one would regard the SC's verdict as such.
  
  The vibes emanating from various hotheads in the Country suggest that they would not recognize the verdict as one with the attributes you indicated unless it were in their favor. That is the problem. Your persistent representations on this topic dangerously brings you close to the circumference of that circle of slanted viewers of Justice and fair play.
  
  Your so-called forensically proven facts of the case may not be enough to overturn the EC's declaration of the winner in the Elections. This is because other factors exist to mitigate the bundle of evidence the Petitioners offered to prevent a total repudiation of the EC announced outcome of the Elections. The SC is astitute enough to prevail upon all factors relevant to the case.
  
  So, just hold your horses and don't claim anything beyond reasonable limits of expectation.
  
  It is bizarre to hear you of all people accusing others of indulging in political expediency. It is you, among a few bigots, who have been blatantly demonizing a whole Tribe and frenetically posing like owning some exceptional Political powers to exorcise Ghana of these supposed 'children of Beelzebub'--all because of the political expediency of reigning in all your tribal folks to march behind your Uncle to get him the Presidency.
  
  Between your political expediency and any that you ascribe to your antagonists mentioned, I strongly believe, people would overwhelmingly endorse the former, which is reversible and non-fatal unlike yours. Yours could easily lead to the inhuman decimation of a Tribe. That foreboding possibility is likekly why your Uncle keeps missing the boat to the Flagstaff House.
  
  We do not welcome any 'Goebbels' in Ghana because we would not have a 'Hitlerian' fascist for our leader, let alone tolerate his minions.
