Your spurted attempt to fancy Akufo Addo's failure is hypocritical, phoney or may be motivated by an undisclosed aim, it is just so insincere. Akufo Addo's own interpretational deviations which led him to his further run against the E.C's verdict, instead of conceding after his defeat, or subtle attempt to make our country ungovernable can ever be an enviable predicate of a hero of a rational caliber, but should rather amount to causing financial loss to the state and nothing less. Your words are therefore mere noise, a postcard could have done the trick. In line with our sound upbringing, we empathize with his serial loses, before, after and even latent but for taking our country on such an ego trip should only be considered as a specie of insanity. You may kill a chicken for him! I cannot be happy for him.

As Foreign Secretary Nana failed to insist on accountability from the government of Gambia over the murder and slaughter of over 20 Ghanaians. What practical and sensible idea has Nana ever expressed with regards to improving anything in the country. I do not know the guy and he may be a nice guy, someone to drink and pally with and maybe engage in intellectual discourse, but Nana is singularly unqualified for any national office. There are many like that in the NDC and all the other parties -non-thinkers.

Folks, Akufo-Addo had no choice than to accept the verdict. In such a situation, there is nothing heroic about it. They were the ones insisting most that both parties accept the decision of the SC. Why should his acceptance be an act of heroism? It is just the inevitable happening.

The man Akufo-Addo can be a hero only to die hard supporters of NPP. The more important thing is to be a hero even to those who do not support you. And Akufo has not achieved this feat.

Everybody (except die-hard NPP fanatics like Adofo and Okoampa and Akadu) knew the verdict was going to go against NPP. In such a situation, accepting the verdict is no heroic act.

By accepting in good faith, the man is only trying to redeem himself. When the history of these days come to be written, he won't stand taller than his height. He has been carrying too much baggage and he would have added to it if he had not accepted in good faith.

He still has to redeem himself COMPLETELY before many Ghanaians. For me, he is no hero but just a common Ghanaian politician. Which is not saying much about anybody!
