I don't care if they rule for the petitioners or respondents, but I expected a judgement which thoroughly explained their final ruling with references to the Electoral Act etc, Very disappointing indeed. What do you expect from a kangaroo court. Only in Ghana, or might I say Black Africa.

The biggest mistake NPP Petitioners made was to go for a lawyer who has specialized in MARITIME LAW rather than CONSTITUTIONAL LAW OR LITIGATION LAW. As well, NPP Petitioners did not critically study what were ON THE PINK SHEETS AND THEIR MEANINGS! Further, they shifted sands in anticipation that it will play into their hands. Furthermore, NPP's WITNESS IN-CHIEF Dr. Bawumia's mantra that "YOU AND I WERE NOT THERE" was obliterated by the Respondents lawyers that ultimately crushed NPP's petition. What is more, your phantom KOFI BASOA was drunk and fast asleep to turn things around in favour of NPP!

2-why did the petitioners not ask for a re-count or re-run, but outright annullment.?
3-Why don't you make use of your God given sense to evaluate issues well before making comments on this platform .?

If we'll all be honest, what transpired on that day (29-08-13) is exactly what he's talking about. The truth is, money simply exchanged hands that was why the judges were unprepared for that very verdict. They dismissed the petitioners case without citing anything in law whatsoever to justify it. Example, Bafoe-Bonnie has been transparent until that fateful day money exchanged hands. His actions were like judas being a traitor to JESUS. As for atugubribe, he's known worldwide as HYPOCRITICAL and SELECTIVE judge during the proceedings so the 3mins verdict he gave was nothing neutral to the world. Ghanaians worldwide are very grateful to GOD for HIS invention on mother Ghana via NANA AKUFFO ADDO, had it being the other way round, only heavens would have determined Ghana's fate when it comes to NDC hooligans, who are capable of doing anything, whatever it takes to retain power. Ghanaians will leave all those who use and collected bribe to influence the verdict to battle with their conscience as the ultimate JUGEMENT is from God, Shalom, Peace!!!
