Atuguba's behaviour before and after the delivery of the judgement shows that he just invoked the "Contempt of Court" principle to bully Ghanaians and to abuse the legal power given to him.
His behaviour so far shows him to be not objective and very biased towards Mahama and the NDC, also because they come from the same region.
It is very very pathetic that such a person who lacks integrity and objectivity occupies such position in the Ghanaian society.
This shows that whenever two litigating Ghanaians one from Atuguba's tribe and the other from another have to be judge by Atuguba, obvious he will favour his tribesman. Atuguba you are shame ad disgrace to your profession. All the noise you made about contempt of court the did not amount to the far-reaching changes we expect to happen even at the Electoral Commission. People like you are selfish and nation wreckers.

Blame the sleepy eyes, he is the cause of all this wahala for NPP. Had he sat down to straighten the institutions in the country, instead of junketing like vagabond, NPP would still be in power. Remember, everyone came from all the 4 corners of the country to vote for him 2000. He just blew it.

Afari Djan is indeed an icon in modern Ghana, a public servant who is not afraid to ask others to subject his work to the highest test in the land (the supreme court. God bless him and all the 9 justices of the SC for telling us that the NPP's petition was rubbish. amen
