  On the face of it, Tsatsu Tsikata comes out as an aggrieved person who has an axe to grind because his previous interaction with the judge did not go in his favour. That red-lipped self-absorbed man thinks the whole world revolves around him. Tsikata is some egoistic arrogant man who is still nursing emotional wounds over his imprisonment. He should know what the families of the judges who were killed by his uncle Kojo Tsikata are feeling. I have no doubt Tsatsu Tsikata had an invisible hand in the killing of the judges and the setting up of the infamous public tribunals by the P-NDC that bypassed the traditional court system, looking at his reactions. His oversize ego has led him to think if a judge does not tow his line, that judge must be his enemy. You are not the centre of the universe Tsatsu Tsikata.

  I did my utmost not to waste my time following and commenting on this foolish case from its very beginning. But since it seems almost all have lost their senses, let me intervene.
  
  As some of us rightly said from the very start, it was a frivolous case without merit. We expected a 9-0 decision against all the reliefs sought. Tsatsu, expecting such a similar decision, was simply trying to explain why some of the justices granted some of the petitioners reliefs when there are clearly no merit to them. The obvious explanation he adduced was the political leaning of some of the judges, and picked on Justice Anim-Yeboah who he claimed has a record of taking decisions based on political leaning. Yes, that's serious accusation indeed and rightfully deserves public perusal. Was Tsatsu wrong or right in his observation? He just came out to defend himself again, claiming he only spoke the truth. Anyway who wants to charge him for contempt of court is welcomed to, but wait a moment!
  
  Commenting on how and why judges of the SC of the US voted a certain way is part of the legal scholarship and devt in that civilised nation. In fact, before a judge is appointed, he/she is perused extensively in the media and Congress about ideological leaning -whether liberal (Democrat) or conservative (Repub), earlier judgements on certain controversial issues, etc. This is repeated anytime a case is before the SC. Nobody is charged with contempt for doing that! Can you blokes therefore moved on?
  
  After all, Tsatsu didn't start this questioning of the motives of the justices. Since the foolish case went to court, the justices seen as not pro-NPP, esp. Atuguba, have been under a barrage of abuses, attacks, long articles directed against him. After the verdict, it reached such a high crescendo that we can call it a deluge! What other accusations are there which you blokes can make against the justices who voted 9-0 against that foolish case which you haven't made already? Tsatsu fired only one warning shot into their camp and hell should break loose??? No, na scatter, wey dey scatter!
  
  I know that he Tsatsu is an Anlo man and comes from a long line of traditional rulers on my Right wing, those who subscribe to the Anlo emblem and motto of one firewood cooking the meal (Naketsi Deka No Dzome Bi Nu). Yes, making sure that even one person on the battlefield could win the battle, since we Anlos didn't have 1000s to deploy after a 1000 were killed! So for us, it is One Man Thousand! I think Tsatsu has just proved again that, indeed, one firewood can cook the meal!
  
  Even his uncle Sam Okudzeto (where was this uncle when his cousin was been steamrolled into Nsawam under all kinds of strange legal shenanigans such as under a law which was passed after Tsatsu guaranteed that loan to Valley Farm, padding the SC, etc., by his political cronies and bedmates?)was alarmed by the power the smallish, short man packed! Ele kpi do ga wui. "He is short but wears an iron armour." Well, he got his opportunity to vent his spleen and he did! Hollering about it won't change a thing! You blokes don't have the monopoly to be maligning and abusing respectable people, so bugger off, all of you!

Your own application is false and malicious because you do not understand those words and when and how to use them. You are rather the sophist. To you, this article is useful because of its attack on the Ewes. Your recent litany of calumny is indeed, because in your recent day-in day-out prose, you sate the imagination and you dull the senses, including outrage.
  
  Infact, your article is a canard to seduce the unsuspecting reader as a work of a scholar of the law.
  
  Your explanation also failed to enrich our minds especially when you talk about the IMF and the IFC. How can a judge be so blind in applying diffrent rules in Mr. Tsatsu's case.
  
  Mr. Yeboa is simply a polical hack and I think you should agree with me on this point. Kufour and Addo packed the SC just because of one man, Tsatsu.
  
  Here you are trying to downplay the what Kufour did. Should Mahama pack the SC too. PK come back with a well defined explanation as to why and how Tsatsu was wrong otherwise, my advice should not be instantly rejected as a Jewish cant.

But by your own logic, Tsatsu is not "the greatest lawyer in Ghana" as his supporters want us to believe. Some of his own teachers like Dr. Obed Asamoah are still alive. By your own logic, is Tsatsu greater than his teachers?
  
  Seeing that an abridged version of my article was culled from myjoyonline and posted here yesterday, I really didn't want to come here and respond to comments on this one. But primitive ideas, such as cited above, must not be allowed to reign in our midst. It's a very serious matter that goes to heart of our failure teach pupils/students in Ghana to learn to think for themselves by questioning rather than blindly accepting authority. I'll address this matter in another article shortly. Enough for now!

We do not need such over-politicised judges on the court. We want justices who decide cases based on the evidence. What Anin-Yeboah and his minority decided, if it prevailed would have created chaos. A re-vote in areas where all the polling agents certified the results including those of the NPP, only because the presiding officer did not sign the pink sheet. Give me a break!!

  I think this P.K Henderson had been looking for an opportunity to have a go at Tsikata for some time now.In fact what he seems to hate most is Tsatsus accolade of a genius and a legal luminary what ever that means.Even more hateful to him is that of Tsatsu's double first both in Ghana and Oxford which he had persistently claim even long before this write up that he has a first class and equal to Tsatsu.
  
  I don't know whether he knows Tsatsu personally or probably just oppose to him politically.One thing I am sure of though is that Tsatsu had not made those claims but the public.Tsatsu has not placarded his double first class because it is a public record.In showing his weight Sir Jonah who is held in high esteem internationally has added his weight to who Tsatsu is.
  
  Sometimes the truth is taken as arrogance.Why cant Tsatsu say those lawyers were his students when that is a fact.From the little we know of the sc judgement,it seem they agreed with Tsatsu rather Gloria Akufo on retroactive law so what is wrong with Tsatsu saying that.He must look at sanis comments to his posting yesterday and see how much his exuberance took the better of him.
  
  Finally he should know that it should take a long explanation to explain criminal and civil contempt to the law man since the difference is subjective. The determination of whether contempt is civil or criminal depends on the underlying purpose of the contempt ruling.So for Tsatsu to blush it aside is not because he does not know what it is.It ridiculous to think that way.I think that is not a fair comment.
  
  I will all the same concede that you made some objective analysis some of which buttressed Tsikata's anger of that judge's wrong use of the law in his conviction.

LOOK AT THE BASIS UPON WHICH THE KNOWLEDGEABLE JUDGES VOTED TO DISMISS IT AND IT IS ALL TSATSU ARGUMENT. NOW LOOK AT THE STUBBORN AND BLIND NPP FOOLS WHO VOTED AGAINST THE EVIDENCE AND TELL ME HOW ANY SENSIBLE JUDGE CAN VOTE FOR WHAT THEY DID LOOKING AT THE SECOND CATEGORY ON WHAT THE JUDGES DECIDED TO GO BY THAT IS IF IT AFFECTED THE WINNER. IT DOES NOT AFFECT THE WINNER IN ANYWAY AS THOSE BEING CHALLENGED ARE NDC SERIOUS STRONGHOLDS AND NPP HAS NO CHANCE OF WINNING THERE. THE DIFFERENCES IN SOME AREAS WERE OVER 500,000 SO LOGICALLY HOW CAN AN OVER VOTE OF 1,2,3 OR EVEN 100 AFFECT THE RESULTS. NPP BLOCKHEADS ARE 900% GARBAGE! CAN'T YOU REASON AT ALL?

Tsatsu Tsikata's work regarding the current constitution endangers society by protecting murderous criminals from prosecution. Mind you, even thieves can be geniuses too.
