  Woyome , Waterville, CP etc were just cooked acts and the lazy Betty mould allowed them. It will not take any serious investigated to unravel the fraud. Theres nothing complicated about it. Mahama is just unwilling to get at it

  The only beef I find with the PA is the rampant misuse of the RESTRICTED TENDER clause. Competitive tendering has been jettisoned by Mahama govt. There is no value for money for projects. Mahama is just not keen to initiate the required amendments.
