  Having closely read Justice Anin Yeboah's ruling, i.m aghast as to how he he came to the conclusion that he did, that is to make a finding that the elections were tainted with "enormous violations and irregularities (in the nature of over-voting, unsigned signatures, voting without biometric verification)which affected their credibility" and yet declines to declare that Nana Addo won. What a strange and warped logic. His ruling was the most pedestrian and weakest, legally, of all the justices. Tsatsu may have a point there.
