These errors could not be consequential. Atuguba is simply arrogant and biased and his actions put into doubt his credentials as a fair and honest jurist.
Honey nothing went wrong, they wanted peace instead of justice. That verdict was not based on facts and justice but rather peace.

Atuguba as a lead justice is Professional negligent and he must be told.
The petitioners went to court with a team of 20 lawyers who could not win even just one case out of the 10 false allégations.Shame on you guys.
What is wrong is the meddling in to the affairs.

The ruling from the supreme court was on 9 categories. It was in only one, only one of those categories that came to 5-4. The rest were 7-2, 9-0, 8-1 I mean it was unanimous through-out. Don't mis-educate readers with one err ...
