I doubt the President types the tweet himself. But, you know something? The President and his administration have done far more worse to Ghana than mere spelling error/grammatical mistake on twitter account!
It comes from his staff but he has to approve it before sending the message and therefore I blame him

All you need to do to be called a journalist in Ghana is to speak twi, use a lot of uncouth phrases in twi and do "concert" and collect tips from politicians. What do they need English grammar for?
