Some of the reason why he NPP keep on suffering is that many of their regional leaders and some staunch supporters don't know a thing about political strategy etc. Many get excited in the campaign esp. when they see big crowd and tend to believe that everything is just okay!
For those who think Nana Akufo-Addo has personality problems, they must be informed that it was all NDC's plan to destroy him. The had started that Nana was corrupt and had issued Diplomatic passports to undeserved individuals when he was Foreign Affairs Minister; they went on to say that he is a cocaine dealer, then went on to proclaim that Nana was not a lawyer etc.
When John Mahama's lust for women came into the news, the NDC govt. used National Security to arrest and molest Ghanaians who dared to comment or joined the discussion.
It is becoming clear that some of the problems is being discussed come within the NPP; the enemy I within the party. These people are helping the NDC to cause cracks and confusion which they use in addition to using state arms and security to see to the fall of the party. It's time for those who think they're in the know to open their eyes.

Dr. Bokor, re-focus your write-ups, and leave this NOBLE man alone!! Nana Addo is a champion of democracy in Ghana. When your apologist, Rawlings was murdering Ghanaians, and had lock of silence on their mouths, Nana Akufo Addo was up in arms with the late Prof Adu Boahen( May his soul find favour before the Creator) challenging Rawlings' brutalities. Where were you Dr. Bokor?
Today, many people who were in hiding during Rawlings' murder-spree era are now out from their hidden crevices and making NOISE, and calling the shots, thanks to Akufo Addo's bravery, one of which was "Ku Me Preko", an open resistance to Rawlings' culture of silence. Even the judiciary community which was subject to murder with impunity has now submitted to a party that once slaughtered it with impunity.
Akufo Addo has respect reserved for him amongst discerning Ghanaians, because he's contributed greatly to Ghana's present political dispensation, a tradition he's actually born into. This man has accomplished SO MUCH for Ghana that even a die-hard perssimmist would appreciate. He did ALL that without being installed as a "PRESIDENT". If he was a president, it goes without a doubt that he'd had done more. If Nana Addo is ever elected as a President, there's NO DOUBT on my mind that it'll be a way foward and civil for Ghana. If he doesn't get the chance to lead Ghana, I believe that (judging from his achievemen, he'll still continue to contribute his best for Ghana's development as usual!!
