    Where did you get your facts from? It's completely wrong to say that half of all educated Ghanaians live abroad. Please, don't make things up if you cannot back your comments with real facts.

    The article says "it costs more than US $40k to train a doc in kenya and US$15k for university student".Therefore it means thats the costs for a doc and a regular university student IN KENYA (not USA)

    I believe more than half of educated people live outside of Africa in general and Ghana in particular. It will only worsen.

    I agree. What does Ghana have to loose if people become dual Citizens? After all income from our brothers and sisters abroad is a significant portion of Ghana's economy

    Even with skills one has to bribe someone in order to get hired and then when the month comes you will be lucky to get your pay on time if at all. So forget this crocodile tears about grads leaving town.
