  And you did not stop there, you went on to say in that regard, we should not creat any impression for the citizenry to lose trust in the judiciary, How Low?
  
  Does your statement make any sense? Does taking a Judge to task imply creating a situation where the citizens will lose confidence in the Judiciary? Do you not think that will rather strengthen the Judiciary?
  
  It is now clear to me that all of you who claim to be journalist cannot analyze simple criticism. Tsatsu stated clearly that from the veRY ONSET, EVEN WHEN NDC DECIDED TO ENJOIN, ANIN YEBOAH TOOK AN OPPOSING STANCE. Can you lot not analyze this simple statement rather than beating about the bush always?
  
  Then Tsatsu went ahead to support Anin Yeboah's affiliation with Kuffuor with another case. What do you guys not understand? Is it because Anin Yeboah is Asante, some bigots!!

I don't know from which Akan sub-group you hail, but if you're an Asante, I want you to pay special attention to this aspect of your own history that you and most younger Asantes are so apparently ignotant about.
  
  Tsatsu hails from the part of Eweland that was never part of Togo but of the original Gold Coast Colony. The Ewe sub-groups of the Anlos, the Tonus, the Avenors, the Someans, the Krepis (including Peki and beyond), the Awudomeans, etc., were Gold Coasters and never Togolanders. The British declared the entire territory occupied by these Ewe people as far back as 1858. This was before they formerly created the Gold Coast Colony in 1876. On the other hand, it was not until as recently as 1902, following the Yaa Asantewa War (begun in 1896), when the British defeated the Asantes that they annexed and incorporated the latter (including Brong Ahafo), into the Gold Coast Colony. Similarly, the Northern Territories (today's Northern and Upper West Regions) were annexed only in 1899, when the inhabitants also were made Gold Coasters.
  
  The present-day Volta Region stretched from the border of the Anlo territory (South of Ho), which incorporated the rest of Eweland in British Togoland, all the way to the Upper Volta (now Burkina Faso) border. This means that the inhabitants of British Togoland included not only the Ewes but other ethnic groups also, viz., the Santrokofis, the Akpafus, the Buems, the Nkunyans, the Likpeans, the Logbas, the Avatimeans, the Lolobis, the Akans as well as those in the north (now Upper East Region), including the Bimobas, Chekosis, Konkombas, Nanumbas, Nawuris, Kusasis, Busangas, Mosis, Dagombas, Gonjas, etc.
  
  Originally named Trans-Volta Togoland, today's Volta Region was created after Ghana's independence in 1957 and it incorporated almost all the Ewe territory, including the former Gold Coast Ewe terriroty mentioned above, and stretches only as far as north of Kete Krachi. The rest of the northern British Togoland territory was then incorporated into the Northern Region, which was later divided into Northern and Upper East Region by the Rawlings administration.
  
  Therefore, from this brief history lesson you can see that about 50% of the Ewe population, which was represented on the Gold Coast Legislative Council since the colonial period, were bona fide Gold Coasters and therefore Ghanaians.
  
  I hope you'd no longer allow your deep-rooted ignorance to dominate your mind so that you'd continue, like the ethnocentrist Okoampa-Ahoofes and the Akadu Mensemas, to refer to Mr. Tsikata and other Ewes as Togolese. For, the historical fact is that Tsatsu and his ancestors were bona fide Gold Coasters (Ghanaians) long before the Asantes joined them.
