If a Ga becomes president, will that alone solve the problems of Gas? You fools can go on and play the tribal card, but remember that when you throw a ball on a wall, it bounces back to you.

If NPP don't vote along tribal lines how come they always win Ashanti and Eastern regions just like NDC always wins Volta region?
If Whites discriminate against Blacks and a Black person points it out, does that mean Blacks or that Black person has inferiority complex? When Kelvin Prince Boateng, who is even half White, was racially discriminated against, he protested by walking off the field. Kuffour(NPP) even won the presidency because the people just wanted a change from JJ and they did not vote for Mills in 2000 and 2004. When the fantes voted for Mills in 2008, do you see NPP lost? NPP is not even an Akan party anymore as they are branded by NDC. It is an Akyem/Asante party and NDC are using it against them. So the writer is informing the NPP to give other qualified members of their party to run as presidential candidates and at the same time informing other tribes in NPP to make an informed voting decision in the future.

It's almost inevitable that Nana Addo and Kufuor became flagbearers as they both had lifelong ambitions of becoming presidents and therefore they built their support base from the beginning when the party was formed. Why, in the 50s and 60s, there was no Asante as presidential candidate. Rather, there were only Danquah and Busia. Does it mean the UP was only Akyem/Bono? It is always possible that one day, some person from a diffrent tribe can become NPP's flagbearer. All you have to do is to work on your ambition. After all how many flagbearers have the NPP elected since 1992? Only 3, so you inferior minds should give us a break.

In any case, has somebody from any particular tribe been discouraged to contest for the flagbearership of the NPP? Again if Mills had not died, will Mahama have become president today? Did Mahama ever dream of becoming a president? Are you inferior minds saying we should just impose leadership on persons just to prove that we aren't tribalistic? Where from all this shallow-mindedness and inferiority complex?

Were you fools expecting Aliu Mahama to follow Kufuor simply because he was his vice? If anyone thinks that way then that individual has completely lost it! Did Aliu ever dream of becoming president before 2000? And did Nana Addo ever dream of becoming president before 2000? The answer is YES. Apply logic and comment sensibly instead of your foolish rantings. If anything, in as much as Aliu helped Kufuor, he Aliu was honoured to become the longest serving Vice president till today.... How many people ever get the chance to become vice presidents.

If you fools have any sense you will realize the differences between the quality of leaders from the NDC and NPP, if you take Rawlings out. Whereas those from the NDC are indecisive and incompetent, those from the NPP are really decisive and competent. This is simply because both Mills and Mahama never harbored the dream of becoming presidents. It happened by accidents.... Mills being imposed on his party by Rawlings to the displeasure of many party gurus and Mahama as a result of Mills' death.

Grow up and reason like educated people. You guys cannot always survive on propaganda. If the NPP tows the NDC's line, won't have good leaders and Ghana will indeed suffer. May God give you the grace to be wise and truthful.

With all your superiority complex your party intentionally chose a vice presidential candidate who cannot function as a president in case the president dies? I smell a tribal strategy here so don't think there is no tribal politics going on. And believe it or not if Aliu happened to be an Akan your party delegates would have choosen and advertised him as an 8-year experienced vice president in 2008.
When Kufour was trotting the globe as the tourist president begging for alms, Aliu acted as president. So you mean Akufo-Addo has presidential experience than Aliu who practically acted as one? You claim that, " Aliu was honoured to become the longest serving Vice president till today also proves that he had experience than Akufo-Addo.
You said, "Did Mahama ever dream of becoming a president?" Yes he did that was why he accepted the vice presidency which comes with the responsibility of stepping in the shoes of the president when he travels or dies.
You mentioned UP in the 50's,60's and current NPP which all had Akans as presidential candidates but the party chairmanship and other sup positions can go to members from other tribe.
What quality of leader did the NPP have? Right after Kufour came into office he used government funds to reconstruct his personal house and awarded himself a rapper's dog chain.
Mills performed poorly because he was brain dead of cancer. Mahama just started his job just this September because he was in court for 8 months dealing with NPP.
You said NPP has decisive leaders. For your information, even if NPP and NDC join to become one party they will still not have answers to Ghana's basic problems. Both parties comes to power to enrich themselves and family members.
NPP will still be labeled as an Akan party if they continue to seek votes from other tribes but not qualified presidential candidates from non Twi natives.

How about my own Accra Academy School that he attended-he never contributed to anything to help. What a SPAZ. Late Peter Ala Adjetey did alot and I salute him for what he represented as a GA man. The Gas are a minority and the NPP Knows that the Greater Accra Region is a toss up state and they can win.
