Dr. Boateng, Mrs. Wood has returned the favor already; she covered up their NPP's cocain deals in the MV Benjamin missing 77 pacels of cocaine and there is no more she can do. Me, I did not even bother to read the article, because I knew why this guy is now turning against the Chief Justice. He would come back and blame the other judges. But what would have been the difference if Chief Justice had replaced Atuguba. Would she had forced Atuguba to vote against his will? Or, is she saying that Atuguba forced all those Supreme Court Judges that kufuor appointed?

Instead of NPP moving on and find ways to win the next election, they are still talking flogging a dead horse.

Late Prez Mills took more than 8 years to campaign before he was able to beat Nana Addo with only 43000 votes. Prez Mahama, on the other hand, used only April-December 2012) barely eight months to talk to Ghanaians but came up with more than 300000 votes! Honestly, I do not hate Nana Addo for any reason, if he happens to be the Flag Bearer to face Prez Mahama again in 2016; "Aberewa b3ka nokware" it shall be disastrous for Nana. Ghanaians must let the Supreme Court Ruling go by in peace so that we can forge ahead for the Future as a Nation for every defeat is a defeat- they are all equally painful but they don't kill. Ghana shall always be Ghana. Let us learn to accept painful defeats.

What difference do you think the CJ will bring to the panel other than further politicization of the composition.In terms of experience and seniority on the bench some of the panellist were her senior.Having been appointed by Koffour ahead of her seniors and having married a known sympathizer from the npp circles,she took the right decision. otherwise it will be too glaring that there is something wrong with the composition.

There were six appointees of Kuffour on that panel of nine in addition to her there would have been seven in a case that should be seen to be above board.Justice they say must not only be done but it must be seen to be done and so they appearance of bias would have been too obvious if she were on the panel.

As for the eccentric weird professor the least said about him the better because he has no credibility at all.He is a fanatic of the npp which had beclouded his sense of judgement and therefore makes no sensible contribution to the debate.As an assistant at the AG office you should know and understand contempt of court breaches and what constitutes them.The proper procedure was as well followed here and there were no procedural problems.

The Atuguda panel had performed creditably and it will be silly to denigrate their efforts because of political expedience.The petition is over so lets be balance and objective in our criticism.

As soon as the NDC came to power in 2008, one of their first agenda was to discredit the Chief Justice by vilification, insults and openly calling for her resignation. It appears that NDC strategy worked as the Chief Justice appears to have been petrified into pusillanimity,timidity and reticence. She is now being manipulated by the NDC.
