IN the USA only military, prisoners and old people have free place to live! policemen and teachers, firemen and nurses are expected to pay their rent from their salary..This is whats wrong with ghana....If you provide low income hosuing then it should be based on salary...including if husband and wife work!

God bless U 4 speaking the truth.infact Ghana needs a better reform from knowledge based to technical ones where learners can adequateftly developed their skills and talent .I have read and write will not take Ghana anywhere.
