  You sound preposterous. No one is standing in the way of the youth. It is for them to grab the opportunities and assert themselves. When you grow older to say 50 or 60, you will write differently. We have all been youth before, but luck, circumstances and family background, plus higher education and networks can propel one to higher heights in life. You need more education because your writing seems to me to lack depth and breadth, so keep reading and researching.
