  The whole 1992 Constitution should be nullified because it leaves out about 63% of the Ghanaian people who make their living in our traditional communities. The chiefs whom they look forward to are "still running without their sandals". We have to do something about how we govern our rural communities. Decentralization is not well guaranteed in the constitution. The 1992 Constitution was made by the urban elites to serve the interest of the urban folks. And that's not right.

  This article by a supposed lawyer is nothing but mere academic and empty noises. This constitution was drafted and composed by semi-illiterates after the so-called learned people in Ghana who were opposed to the then JJ's PNDC administration boycotted the drafting of the constitution as if though it was going to be the sole property of JJ. Today, these irresponsible elements have the audacity to point to weaknesses in the constitution they boycotted its construction! The constitution has been in place with this arrangement for over 20 years without any academic problem and we surely don't need someone call lawyer Korang to disturb our ears on it
