  It looks like the NDC government is practising the economics of the Acheampong era whereby the govt borrows heavily with all our exports as mortgage over a period of time; while at the same time not utilizing the loan for its intended purpose of national development, but goes into individual pockets. Otherwise, what explains the government's refusal to pay doctors and teachers in spite of additional revenues from oil since 2010? Could the minister of finance, Seth Tekper and the chairman of the parliamentary finance committee, Hon. James Avedzie, please explain the economic situation to the whole country? Their silence is deafening!!!
