How the a President be representing us outside whilst somebody else is acting as President. Americans do not have this comedy.

  I wonder why Ala Adjetey, Akoto Bamfo and Doe Ajaho should not be paid presidential ex-gratia and other entitlements for the days and hours that they were president of Ghana.

Apart from performing their functions outside there, communication I believe goes on through various forms of technologies. Can the Ghanaian lawmakers sit up and fill their empty barrel heads?
