Well researched article but will the very problems the research has find out,mainly ARROGANCE & IGNORANCE allow the NPP to take on board your findings. I hope they will.

How representative is your sample? What was the basis of 100? Is the 36% response rate a good one? I wonder how generalisable your conclusion can be.
