There was no basis whatsoever for rejecting the declaration by the EC. Yet Nana held the country to ransom for 8 months! And when the courts eventually threw out the frivolous and vexatious petition hypocrites and praise singers turn his humiliating defeat as victory.

We should all have been condemning Nana for this unpatriotic act so that in future no crazy Ghanaian ever repeats this. Now we are turning a villain into a hero. Are we not encouraging any drug addict in future to go to court after losing at the polls.

All those praising Nana are doing Ghana a lot of disservice and this must stop.

Nana's visit to Bawku in 2007 sparked off the 11-year war.

Background to the war: First Nana refused to go to the Bawku Naba's palace to pay homage to him. He heads for the Mamprusi settler community and spends the day with them. The Mamprusis mount white horses and accompany Nana for 7 km out of Bawku on his way back to Bolga. On their way back to the crime-ridden Mamprusi quarters of Bawku they taunt the Kusasis that Nana was coming as president and would destool Bawku Naba and make a Mamprusi the chief of Bawku. That sparked off the tribal war until Prof Mills ended it in 2009.

Thank God Nana can never be president.

Why did you not put your real name but rather preferred to use the name of a Mamprusi to say the stupid things that you are saying. Who are more criminals than those you pretend to defend? You are the type of people who need to be shot on sight for your ethnic sentiments. What criminal intentions has the gentleman said in his write up that has prompted you to write this cowardice response? Be bold to mention your real name if what you are saying are facts. No wonder because there is a saying that "sugar does not taste sweet in the mouths of those who hate it". You can choose the party you want, let the others also do the same after all there is a difference between a kusasi and a Mamprusi. May I ask you one question? I for one feels so sorry for any northerner who chooses to support NPP. This has nothing to do with freedom of choice. Don't pretend you don't know that NPP people insult northerners! Read contributions on Ghanaweb. My question is: Why force yourself on a group who don't think you belong there? If you don't like NDC that is fine, but are there no other parties that accept that you are an equal? You are most welcome to GCPP, or NDP, or the thief's party PPP etc. There has to be something wrong with people like you and Issah Imoro who think that they are not part of those who are insulted. As for Bawumia, he is a Moshie settler, so we can pardon him for the fool he made of himself at the SC. No southerner was prepared to play that clowning role. Even mad man Apoore on Bawku streets knows that serial number on pink sheets was never an issue!

By the way Wuni Quarantine, Abugrago Azoka is a pure Kusasi and the owners of the land you are settled on. By Kusasi custom he can demand it at any time and you will sent packing up the Nakpanduri scarp. Provided Johnsom Kombian does not teach you one or two lessons up there, you will be far away from the Wiidi clan lands you enjoy so much.

Who is Bawku Naba, that ugly thing called Aninchema whose father called Abugrago who slept with his step mother at Pusiga and was chased out of the town and was received by the Mamprusis as a refugee. He was later made a sandal bearer to the late Bawku Naba Yirimea in 1961. Abugrago was also a commoner who went round Natinga building mud houses(Atta Kwame)and those houses still exist in Natinga. That UGLY thing called Abugrago Aninchema has no authority over his own kusasis not to talk of Bawku town and there is no day that a commoner will have authority over anybody in Bawku town. I will end by throwing a challenge to any kusasi to mention just 3 kusasis who have been enskinned legitimately by tradition and not by imposition by governments/presidents such as Nkrumah and Rawlings.

This power hungry emperor who prefers to be called his Excellency has no clothes. Best to tell him that; so he resigns gracefully rather than massage his ego and pander to his vanity.
