Of course he has every right to write in support of his party npp but he must be objective.His ranting about his auditing exploits are like a tale told by a idiot full of sound and fury but signifying nothing if I may paraphrase Shakespeare.

The essence of his write up is that he disagrees with the conclusion of the judgement.The funny thing about this man is that he has no clue what he writes about.The only reason for his disagreement is based on what others said at the DI npp debate and that he agrees with Okudjeto with that ridiculous interpretation and assessment of the judges decision.

What he must realize is that judicial reasoning is not like accounting or working with figures where where the answer is obvious.There are rules which compel adjudicators to look at the totality of an event in order arrive at an informed decision.

What he calls errors and irregularities are balanced for their probative value as to whether they impacted negatively or not on the the integrity of the election. They don't look at those infractions in isolation but measured against the reality on the ground.

For those of you who think clerical errors and problems with arithmetic are grounds enough to cancel results at npp specified areas and award them to Akuffo Addo must be living in cloud cuckold land.Every body including international observers and even a hostile press declared for ndc because of the transparency on the day.

The Casely Hayford gangs must realize that elections are won at the polling stations and not through technicalities.Any decision other than what was given would have been a travesty of justice.Move on!
