If the FA will come out with better rules and regulations in regards to how players are or should be paid and also set a certain standard in terms of facilities available to clubs e.g nature of the field of play,welfare of your players and other important things such as insurance, health etc. So if some teams don't meet these criteria then they shouldn't be allowed to play the league so at the end if only six teams met the criteria, then only six teams will play the league. If you live in Ghana and you have long term plans, you are considered a fool or too known. If you come up with a short term plan, e.g how to make quick money or cheat people or beat a system, then you are the smart one. What a country.

If Kotoko paid Kofi Nti Boakye only half his fee and did not pay the rest, then I dont blame him for moving. Didier Drogba left his club at China because they were not paying up. This is no different. Anyway, what is the difference between a club paying half the enticement fee, and paying a 3 months lump sum upfront as you are suggesting? Both options are paying a smaller amount upfront and spreading the rest over the contract.
If players are so stupid that they do not know that if they receive a lump sum today they should not blow it all, then that again is their problem.
I agree that bribing referees should stop, but then again, I do not see how that links to your argument that players would not leave the country. Sure, it would make the Ghana League more competitive, and be a better showcase for players to demonstrate their talent, but how will that stop them from leaving?
Our problems in Ghana are much deeper than these superficial things you are talking about. Things like the exchange rate, infrastructure, standard of living etc all affect player decisions. Look at TV exposure. when they showed the Ghana Zambia match on Ghanaweb the picture quality was so poor. Even my handheld camcorder has better quality pictures. The grass in the stadium was virtually non-existent! If you were a footballer would you turn down a chance to go to Switzerland or Norway and decide to stay in Ghana? No. Everybody likes abrochi! Some of us have come and seen that Ghana is even better, but until these players come and see for themselves, no one will stop them moving.

No wonder they refused to list the case ? J5/2/ 05 filed aginst them on 24/12/ 04 up to date.
Connivance in looting state coffers, media men in Ghana each given up to about over ($ 90.000.00) ninty thousand dollars is it for the gang up and or for their salience?
