I posed my first response above due to the headline but as shameless and cowards as Rockson Adofo and Ghanaweb are, they've quickly changed the headline knowing that it exposes their Free SHS lies espoused by the NPP/Akuffo Addo. Since when did this UP/NPP shameful apologist Adofo and Ghanaweb get to know that nothing is free in this world and why the hype on free SHS if they knew nothing is free?
