Did Dartey think through with the questions he asked? Dartey cannot produce one photograph of Obama, Clinton or the Queen standing alone under the banner, Elmina Castle or Osu Castle. The people he mentioned took group photographs. I have never seen any President standing alone at any monument like a tourist as Mahama did and that is what makes him look stupid like a student on tour taking pictures at memorable places he or she visited.

I stand to be corrected; the cheapest interest rate on a loan in Ghana is around twenty seven (27) percent. The energy crisis and recent tariffs increment still remains a dilemma. The GYEEDA, SADA and dubious Judgement Debt debacles are draining the country dry. And we still have time to talk about a photo the President took while on a trip. Good God, have mercy on us."

That was what he wrote. That was baloney. Illogical nonsense.

He wants the people to think about those problems, yet he would excuse the President and his entourage, who are spending weeks in USA after the UN session, basically doing nothing and not thinking about our problems but saw the need to go to Atlanta to give a 10min interview to a 3rd rated journalist and posed in front of CNN logo. My goodness.

Seriously, some of these writers have problem with logic and common sense. Why did the people elect Mahama? And why should the people not have the right to castigate their President for refusing to think about our problems, but walking aimlessly and taking photos as tourist.

Those of us who are criticizing the President for behaving like dumb should be blamed for the high interest rates, GYEESA, SADA, Judgement debts, etc... is that what he is saying? Lord, have mercy!

How are "Ghanaians to tell the president to sit up" without drawing his attention to the "perceived harm" from his apparent low self-esteem and dereliction of duty? It's obvious Mahama is trying very hard to sell himself to the international community. Mahama is not only "modelling" for the international media, he is also globalising the NDC's propaganda gimmicks. But there is no better PR for a president than the economic success of his or her country. Then again, who are we to blame? Ghanaians had the option to choose from a field of candidates that included Dr. Abu Sakara, Dr. Nduom and Nana Addo, all serious-minded achievers. What did they do? They chose Mahama! Here is a classic case of democracy failing to get the best outcome!

What makes Mahama posing under CNN logo too childish is the implication of that photograph. What the picture means is that, Mahama is telling the world he visited the CNN studios. This is the kind of picture tourists take not a President who went there to tell the world his vision he has for Ghana and the world. The Presidency is not an opportunity to become a tourist.

Mahama seems intellectually inferior for the presidency...I am not sure he understands most of the decisions that are made and their implications.......

He needs adults around him to teach him how to conduct himself...he needs to overcome his play-boy tendencies and know that the decisions he makes will affect ghana for a long time...and he should do so with a clear and somber mind....he needs to be mentally strong and have a sense of purpose...

As a president of a country, at least you have to respect the presidency if you don't respect yourself else you are insulting the intelligence of those who voted for you.
From the onset, he has packed his appointees with nonentities, who when you complain they insult you with impunity (can you tell me what criteria was used to appoint Okujeto Ablakwa (can shout), Victoris Hammah (big hips), Tony Aidoo (can insult, Fiifi Nettey (from Volta) etc. to lead 25 million Ghanaians? So if they are destroying the economy, the one who appointed should face the wrath of the people.

On the recent CNN picture: It is a big deal indeed! Mahama and his evil dwarfs used the presidential jet fueled by the tax payers sweat to the UN general assembly. All heads of ate are back to their countries, some immediately after their address leaving the rest of the busssiness to their permanent missions to continue. Up to now Mahama alone is not back, he has aboandoned the suffering of the people whose tax money he used; paying to talk on CNN and taking pictures here and there. The most annoying part of the whole issue is that, he started taking the picutures minutes after condemning CNN and the international media as the president of Ghana. What if CNN has hidden cameras and was taking him as he does those things on the CNN compound. They wont say Mahama but the president of Ghana.
Finally he should know that half of Ghanaians especially the educated ones do not support him so all that he does he should comport himself. If he fails and continue following the evil dwarfs there is always a price to pay. A word to the wise is enough
