Ghana with this corrupt attitude how can this awesome ideals work? It is very difficult for the nation to have canalization for their major cities. Shame on this smelly Accra and Kumasi.

The positioning of Thompson's articles must be treated like those of any other person who writes for ghanaweb.

Why not enjoy the wisdom in his article instead of this childish comment! Kofi Thomson please send these wonderful ideas to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Diaspora Unit,Legal And Consular Bureau. They should take you very seriously. Secondly diasporans should support his ideas as they continue to engage with the authorities and MPs.

Companies located in the USA have their secretaries in China. After the days work, all transactions are E mail to office workers in China. These secretaries do all the paper work and E mail back to the main corporate office in the USA. I mean book keeping and all office work is done in China whiles the main office is in the USA
With the modern electronic system, the CEO or the President of the Corporation do not have to be around 24/7 to run a business, this is saving most of the corporations a lot of money and time. Can you believe that as a President of a corporation I can sit in my office and see on the computer what is going on in the branch office in Maputo ,Angola and run the business from far away in the USA.
We need to listen to Mr. Thompson and try his Ideas it will work. Diasporans need to be encouraged to establish businesses in Ghana without being physically present. We have so much wealthy Diasporans willing to help. The Government need to get rid of all the red tapes and headaches in opening businesses in Ghana. The headache of registering a business in Ghana will even scare away a true Saints. Diasporans love Ghana and are willing to help
Please Diasporans want to help but the appropriate laws need to be put
in place to protect our asserts.
