You expect the players to believe they can win. Yet all we have been doing is demonizing the man who made it possible for us to win with 1 goal. I'm glad Olele is back (Old or young, all i know is he's back)
I really think a few points are being missed here
1.Olele has played four competitive matches in 2 years
2. He may be fit to play in Cyprus, but crucial worls cup game?
3. You dont bring a semi-retired professional simply ...

interesting write up, but your premise makes it appear as if ghana is the underdog. its the egyptians rather who are the underdogs. they are the ones who need to believe they can beat a formidable team as the blackstars with ...

Chris I disagree with your point on kwaresey. Kwaresay like KPB suffers from the African Hard field and heat syndrom. They both fail to impress on African soil. Kwaresays last excellent performance for the stars was against B ...

We need Wakaso and Warris in the team, they play hard and fast, that is what we need to overpower the Pharaohs.
These are two necessary players. We need young energetic players who are ready to fight for 90 minutes. No matter what happens we want to see good energy on the field.
YOU are right Kofi, that Wakaso and Warris should play but when you have veterans lkie mutari, Dede Ayew and Kwadwo Asamoa around selection becomes a problem.
The write up was well thought out but I am not a fan of the formation and on my team, Essien and Adomah come in off the bench if needed. I come for the camp that believes that Wakasso must be on the field and that Essien is ...

In the centre spot,GHANA PLAYS BEST,in any adversarial conditions.

YOU LEFT WAKASU, KWADWO ASAMOAH, WARRIS AND AGYEMAN BADU. KWADWO PLAYED VERY WELL AGAINST ZAMBIA THE LAST TIME.
This game is for Ghana,i don't care what may happen, but one thing i have observe about our black stars team, they can start the game with conciouse, hard playing, and good tackling, but as soon as they score one goal, than they s ...

This is our game to lose or win. I am not worried about what Egypt will do but I am worried about what we may or may not do. That is the question here.
ARE YOU IN NEED OF A FAST POWERFUL SPIRITUALIST type www.greatnanapowerfullspiritualist.blogspot.com
I enjoy the selection but akwesi would be in best position to select.
Quite brilliant. But Warris will be a good pairing with Gyan for a more effective attack, even he plays in "the hole" as u put it. In that case Andrew Ayew plays on the right does the cutting in or puts in the crosses.
That ...

With the injuries and suspensions, Ghana main problem will be the defence. However, Baba Rahman is a good defender who should be part of the defence setup. The midfield and strikers are worldclass.

Football has nothing with politics. Empty street on the judgment day proved how wise my fellow Ghanaian I love it nobody will die for any politician Let us support our players .Pray for them .
KASA plays better for Ghana in MIDFIELD. Watch the game against turkey and even recently against Zambia.
Here is the deal...
KASA and ESSIEN play in midfield.
Sulley plays at Leftwing
Andre plays at Right wing
Attackers ...

FOOTBALL MATCH IS A COMPETITION WHO EVERY TEAM IS PLANNING TO WIN, BUT ONLY THE WINNER WOULD WIN, HENCE LET'S PRAY OUR ALMIGHTY GOD TO BLACK STARS OF GHANA BE THAT WINNER AGAINST EGYPT
EASILY
I actually enjoyed reading your article, your selection both tactically and technically good but i will go in for Kwadwo Asamoah at the left-back due to the absence of Afful.
Ghana all the way
Ghana all the way to Brazil
author sounds like he's scared of Egypt. Ghana will crash them. I will maintain fatau in goal. or bring in olele.
OF COURSE GHANA CAN BEAT EGYPT.THERE IS NO PROBLEM FOR GHANA TO WORRY ABOUT EGYPT WE ARE WAITING FOR THEM.
