Could lawlessness on roads in Ghana be exploited by terrorists?

  I think the current carnage on our roads is more than the death toll any terrorist attack can cause on our roads. That's where the focus must be instead of some imaginary terrorist attack in the future.

  BTW, terrorists are very intelligent people and know how to plan their actions clandestinely. Even if all vehicles are registered before use in Ghana, it is easy for them to steal vehicles to use. They don't use vehicles registered in their own names!
