How on earth could any reasonable human agree with him on his stance on over voting? How, how, how, on earth could any thinking human agree with him on his view towards Afari gyan's own stance on the so called no verification, no vote issue? I mean how would anyone agree with such a criminal who says only 3 of the judges agreed with the petitioners on three most important of the cases, knowing too well that, in deed 5 of them supported the petitioners while in fact it was only the criminals who accepted bribes said something different? Did you read the analyses from Reuters on the eve of the SC judgement?
Do you understand the ramifications of legal precedence and jurisprudence?
Just so you know, life is a two edge sword. It could have been NDC on the loosing side. However, I wonder if you understand the implications of "THE BURDEN of PROOF".
Al Gore once lost an election due to a ruling by the SC. Democrats were unhappy, however you can tell the difference people in developed country from EMPTY KNOW HOWS in 3rd world countries.
The key is called "DEEP THOUGHT".

2. Replace "INSULTS" with reflective practice.

NPP guys,you should remeber that a complainant always has the burden of proof and your evidence should be without blemish. It has to be very accurate. That is where beyond reasonable doubt comes into play.

Because there were loopholes in NPP's case as a Judge he had no other choice than to give his historic ruling.
The Supreme Court of Ghana is now earning their place in the legal world and that in future certain countries might reference his ruling.

He sided with Afari djan on a number of issues he denied but not the ones he admitted why so? reading the judgements critically i realised atuguba does not have the slightest idea about ghanaian election. He used strictly what the respondents said but not what the petitioners. I side with majority of ghanaian who say those justices may have taken bride cos so many inconsistencis in his ruling . we all watched it live saw all the anomalies and tricks employed by the respondents n new the election could not stand the test of time but these kind of justices made it possible.PATHETIC !!! for the other 3 i will not have time for them infact its quite disheartening. it is only in Ghana that such things can happen that's why the international community keep praising nana addo. Go and do these nonsense in some countries and u plunge the country into a war zone
