Do you really think about what you write and what is right? Do you really think about Ghana at all? When was the last time you came to Ghana? My God, May God have mercy on Ghana because if you have PhD and you still write these things, then Ghana has a long way to go.
70% for just public sector pay and you are happy that people should go on strike to demand more? I have lived in one of the richest economy in Africa and they don't even do that. Check your US and see how much percentage they use for that? All Ghanaians are refusing to think now. All we want is money, money, money. No sacrifice, no patriotism, no thinking about the future. You were still living on this earth when the parliamentarians decided to get more than we can think of for themselves and nobody demonstrated for that. Check their pay and demonstrate against that, (#civil servants). Nonsense. All the political parties enjoyed that so they kept quiet.
Check our doctors pay, our nurses pay, our teachers pay, and many more and compare with other African countries. If you think its better, then all these workers are highly sort after everywhere so they should go out for us to train more people and employ them. Stupid issues and problems to solve.
Go to any public sector for service, or to some of our teachers and some of our lectures for education which you will pay for and it is worse than can be described and yet they ask for more. They are payed those huge monies plus the bribes and still give poorest services and you support them because you are an NPP? What is wrong with you and your PhD? Think through yourself and what you write and your conscience. I hope you are not a Christian or belong to any religious organization. God must forgive your insensitive tendencies towards Ghana. People like you do not need PhD because you just need it for nothing but just politics and for sure "Politrics". What is wrong with you. I wish I could lay hands on you and beat the hell out of you.
There are better things to strike for, not better pay or utility price hikes. Everything in Ghana, good or bad is turned into politics and a PhD holder like you also support and write to support it. What have you dome for Ghana, you?????????? Ask me and I will tell you I wont write such insulting no direction and politically biased pieces that my own conscience know it is wrong but politics will gear me on to write.
Interesting they still allow you to live in US. You with this, even if they have given you citizenship in US will never be elected to any position because your mind is corrupt and you can't differentiate anymore between good and bad.
Come to Ghana and lecture. And see how lazy and corrupt the civil servants are. From there, some sense will enter your coconut and you will think twice about your writings and their strikes. God forgive us all. I am so angry I nearly insulted you. Its because I am surprised you have PhD and you cannot think????!!!!!!!!! Look at issues from all perspectives. Investigate, don't be bias. No prejudice, no stereotyping. I have just a common diploma, my English is bad, but I blame it on my teachers who spend just 40% of teaching time in the school and the rest outside at places I don't know but were paid 100% salary.
