  For an executive director of some big name outfit such as your imagined "Center for Investigative Reporting", I'll tell it right to your face that your article really suck!
  
  Listen to my free advice and learn how to put information out on the Internet for world wide readership.
  
  After wasting my time to read through the entire article, I came away asking more questions and trying to divine what the fuss in your so-called article is about.
  
  It seems to me some workers are on strike. For the sake of Allah, can you tell us about the grievance of the various groups?
  
  Can you tell us about the history of that grievance and how the groups came to the ultimatum of a strike action?
  
  Who the hell is this Nunoo Mensah and what qualifies him to make a quotable statement worthy of an article?
  
  Does this Numoo Mensah have any solution to that can resolve the current impasse? And what is it?
  
  Your article is all over the place talking about Ghana's credit rating etc. What has that got to do with the subject of your article?
  
  And then you have the nerve to talk about people not sacrificing for Ghana. Do you realize that the very people you're defending live freely on the back of Ghana? They consume free petrol, drive free govt vehicles and freely in government houses. Why don't you ask them to do the sacrificing first?
  
  Are you aware some teachers in the rural areas of Ghana go for months without pay? What kind of sacrifice are you talking about?
  
  For disturbing our peace, I'm flying in God himself to sit in on your trial. You better not come here again or write another dumb article. Read your article to yourself and family members and leave us alone.

  I think your comment to this article is out of place. The writer has written on a national cancer about to strangulate this country. The sacrifices he talks about should start from the top o the grassroots level. It does not mean people should not be paid their legitimate earnings but a change in attitude where everyone across board seeks their personal comfort to the detriment of the collective whole. The revelations at the Judgement Debt Commission, Public Accounts Committee of Parliament, Gyeeda Report encompasses the rot we must all address. Mr writer thank you.

  Yes, your assertion is true "No Ghanaian needs this piece of thrash from Nunoo Mensah to "get" out or "stay…" but the writer drew attention to some very salient points that needs consideration, for in instance, no Nation can progress and grow or develop the infrastructure necessary for development when 70% of re-current expenditure is devoted to sorely take care of 30% of the top brats, we have real problems in the country in terms of leadership and management of our economy, you will agree with me that since 1966 our leaders had just come in and enrich themselves and their cronies, leaving the masses to suffer, this level of national management cannot be sustained, the strikers may have a legitimate cause, but what also needs to be mentioned is the seriousnessof bribery and corruption that has eaten into every fabric of the economy that is actually the fundamental cause of the stagnation cancer we have in our society, when are we going to develop the spirit of holding our leaders accountable, when are we going to be doing things by ourselves to brighten our own corners, instead of looking up to government to provide everything which we know clearly there is not enough resources available, more importantly, can we stop shielding criminal relatives and friends and expose them to face the law, at least for the sake of posterity?..

Did NPP ask him to steal the election? And went on to bribe the incapable Supreme Court Judges to become President of Ghana?   What has happened to the frequent market fires ?Have all the worn out electric wires been replaced ?Let those who are calling for the head of the general give Ghanaians a break !Do not pretend that,what happened in this country from January to August this year, is something to be taken lightly.

In the first place, from the time of Rawlings, when Kwesi Botchway was in the saddle as Finance Minister, it was tightening of belt ad nausea and it has continued to today. The French Revolution by the Parisian mob in 1789 was caused by severe economic hardships caused by unbearable taxes which were imposed on the masses by no less brilliant economists such as Turgot, Necker and Brienne. The general should be calm and rather advise government to dialogue with the contending parties in a win-win situation. Yes we need to sacrifice, but ebi te yie, ebi so nte yie koraaa, general.

  I visited a friend and from a report I read, Aboadze thermal plant has 188,564 barrels of oil and this will last for only 5 days. So no matter what they government will have to find 40m dollars so that the units can run for the next 20 days. So if the NPP do not keep quite on some of these things they will also meet the same problems because the consumption of electricity is going up day by day.

  I am of the opinion that the general is very right we are fed up of these kinds of wicked attitudes of the very few who depend on our taxes and yet never satisfied. It is sad to note that only 500,000 workers in the public sector feed on 70% of Gov't generated revenue and yet never satisfied. We in the private sector should be angry with angry with these strikes because it is the taxes from the private sectors that suffers all this at the end.. So many taxes has been levied on us just to earn more to pay salaries but they are never satisfied. Even if gov't should give all 100% of our revenue to them it will never satisfied them, this is so much unfairness in the system. I just got to know that 705 our income is used to pay just about less than 5% Ghanaians and out of that the snr. staffs who represents about 20% of them are paid 50% of that sum. how can we ever survive if we can't be patriotic enough. What do some of these workers do at work to generate income? Very soon we shall also hit the streets in defence of the brave general , God bless our homeland Ghana. I salute you Gen. Nunoo Mensah continue it we support you.

  No, all theY want is political power. Even if it means the burning down of the country, a natural disaster, strikes, worker unrest anything that they can hung the govt on and say "we told you so". But God is gracious and cares for his children. All shall pass and this nation will not fail. How long do the NPP want to engage in politics after every election? Life ought to go on after elections, but these die-hard politicians for lack of something productive to do will keep the political fire burning to the next election, and to the next. How long can this continue? The General is bold to speak the truth even though it hurts, but these are the type of Ghanaians we need. Not "fairweather" gentlemen.

Nunoo told the truth. Enough is enough. My only concern is that the issue is now being towed along party lines. This is what ndc and npp should avoid.
