I believe that any ghanaian that should experience any form of violence in cairo should sue the GFA,and the GFA inturn should sue FIFA for approving cairo safe to play the return leg.psa.

Many will agree with me that Nov.19 be declared a holiday or half of it(till 12 noon).Also the Ministry for sports must embark on a campaign to inspire confidence in the players and the officials who are supposed to be there and essentially,to create the awareness that the world is watching Egypt.These are factors which would appeal to the conscience of any evil-minded Egyptian to do good.The Minister must not only sit in front of his TV and drink beer but must be seen to be showing concern before the D-day.At the moment if you question Ghanaians one after the other about the safety of Ghanaians on the day,about 90% would respond'I don't know'The Minister must do something about this.

My opinion is: Let's not send any supporters.
On the match day, we play 4 - 3 - (2) - 1. We shouldn't attack them.

To even think of sending the Blackstars by themselves to Cairo is very selfish indeed. It is cowardly to say that supporters should stay behind so we do not risk more lives. There is strength in numbers and the presence of supporters will reassure the players even more, and not make them feel abandoned.

Fifa very well knows that soccer is not played in empty soccer stadiums. They are played in front of supporters of the two teams. If FIFA has given assurance of the safety of the Black Stars it should include the safety of the supporters of the Black Stars who will be in Cairo to support their country. GFA should ask FIFA to ask both the football authority and the government of Egypt to ensure the total safety of the Ghanaian soccer supporters who will be in Cairo to support the Black Stars. This should be insisted on for a written assurance to be given to GFA by FIFA at least a week before the game.

I do believe FIFA investigated the security of both players and supporters and gauranteed their safety, otherwise the 2nd leg match would have been scheduled to be played outside Cairo or Egypt for that matter.

IN FACT THIS IS A USELESS DEBATE THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE COME UP AT ALL IN THE FIRST PLACE. YOU SEE, FAILURE TO SEND SUPPORTERS MEANS ALLOWING EGYPT TO BEAT US, AND TRULY IT CAN HAPPEN. IT IS POSSIBLE FOR EGYPT TO SCORE 5 GOALS JUST AS WE SCORED 6, AND IT IS MUCH EASIER IF THERE ARE NO SUPPORTERS BEHIND OUR PLAYERS. ARAB SUPPORTERS CAN MAKE NOISE FOR 90 MINUTES, NOT LIKE GHANAIANS, AND WITH SUCH NOISE OF SUPPORT BEHIND THEIR PLAYERS, AND PERHAPS WITH ANOTHER MOSLEM REFEREE, THEY CAN HUMILIATE THE STARS AND EASILY ELIMINATE GHANA.

NOW THESE ARE MY MODEST SUGGESTIONS:
1. GFA MUST TAKE FIFA TO TASK BY MAKING THEM GUARANTEE THE SAFETY OF ALL OUR PLAYERS, SUPPORTERS AND OFFICIALS.

2. GFA SHOULD SEND MOSTLY ARABIC SPEAKING AND BEARDED MOSLEM GHANAIAN SUPPORTERS TO EGYPT AND MAKE THEM DRESS UP LIKE TYPICAL MOSLEMS.

3. SUPPORTERS SHOULD BE LAW-ABIDING AND DISCIPLINED INDIVIDUALS WHO WOULD NOT PROVOKE BEATEN EGYPTIANS AFTER THE GAME. YOU SEE, YOU CANNOT PREDICT ARABS AND YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM EITHER. AGAIN, SO MANY WORDS TO A WISE GFA SHOULD BE ENOUGH. WALAHI SHUKRAN!
