    Joe, we're not using local players because the good ones always run to foreign teams for better money. Our players are all Ghanaians and that's the requirement per FIFA rules. For coaching there's no such rules from FIFA but ...

    The issue here is a TD. That is not asking for much. Coach AA is still in charge, he needs oversight and an extra pair of eyes from a technical perspective. World Cup soccer is played on paper! Be in it to win!! Be eclectic.
