  WHEN KWASI PRATT PRAISED SUBAH TO THE HIGH HEAVENS THEN ONE BEGINS TO WONDER WHAT AT ALL IS WRONG WITH THESE FANTIS WHO IGNORE THEIR POVERTY AND VOTE CORRUPT BARTON ODRO INTO PARLIAMENT....eeeeiiiiii these fantis paaaaaaaa.......its amazing that john mahama/attamills govt for d past five years have only indulged in serious looting and waste of public funds without thinking one minute about the repercurssions.....how cld this present ndc dubiously dole out gargantuan payments to cronies and criminals to the tune of one billion dollars without disturbing the economic foundation of ghana......and how cld this ndc criminally build six classroom blocks at around 350,000 ghc each as opposed to the npp building same at 80,000 previously.....then how could this ndc overspend the 2012 budget to the tune of 8.7 billion dollars just for john mahama to win elections and yet they expect the economy to remain resilient......then look at gyeeda, sada, rlg-zoolion-ndc collusion to drain the state of scarce hard cash and yet they expect the economy to remain resilient......and how on earth cld they allow small boys like okudzeto ablakwa to dubiously negotiate fake jdebts for cronies and to even demand 1.5 billion dollars for africa auto ltd.......listen to what eddie annan is demanding from AMA as if govt has not owed anybody before, like our numerous contractors who have not been paid for years now........JOHN MAHAMA DOES ALL THIS AND EXPECT THE ECONOMY TO REMAIN RESILIENT?........THIS IS VERY STRANGE AND EVEN A KID KNOWS SUCH PRACTICES WILL CERTAINLY DESTROY WHATEVER ECONOMIC FOUNDATIONS WE HAD...NOT EVEN THE GREAT USA CAN SURVIVE SUCH EXTREME MISUSE, THIEVERY, BROAD DAYLIGHT ROBBERIES. BUT NDC AND JOHN MAHAMA THINK GOVCE IS ONLY TO DO WITH ide biiiiii keke with mouth twisting slogans whilst deepening the poverty of fantis, ewes, northerners who are the poorest in ghana and expect the ndc govt to better their lot ....yes the very ndc govt which is so busy neglecting their strongholds of the ewes, fantis and northerners despite the huge vote ndc enjoyed from them........and worst of all this is the fact that john mahama is deeply involved in all of the crimes listed above so he has no authority to deal with anybody involved.....even woyome cld warn john mahama about who to appoint or not.........WE DESERVE PITY AND CONSIDERATION FROM JOHN MAHAMA BCOS HE IS THE VERY PERSON CAUSING OUR PROBLEMS NEEDLESSLY...ide biii

Better still by your logic why dont you ask the relevant questions such as " why do successive Ghana Governments despite all the poverty keep wasting money on frivolous ventures such as cars, Ghana @50, Gyeeda etc?

  Your last but one paragraph makes my day. We have seen private businesses before but these latter day businesses only siphon the little we have - from banks and government. When the time comes and they have to do things the right way, I pray they don't cry victimization. In any case, they have amassed enough to make them comfortable for a long time. What beats my mind is how they start well only to be corrupted by politicians and greed to do things against their religious beliefs. They then have lost their fear of shame and fear of God.

  The thing is that, most ordinary Ghanaians may not understand the nature of the accounting process where monies are thieved away by our own citizens. Those who know should cry out loud and loud, relentlessly until the truth is known. And where punishment must be meted, it should serve as a warning to others.
  
  One or two heads must roll to put the fear of the Lord into the others doing similar things.

  The former Minister of Communication, Haruna, must have some qs to answer concerning the recruitment of Subah to do this redundant job. Recruiting such coys to monitor tel calls to Ghana has made Ghana a high cost destination for calls terminating in Ghana at a time when international calls are falling world wide. Some of us have responded by not calling Ghana often, and when we do, we make it brief. I know people who now ask their family members to call them, since it is cheaper to call from Ghana. After all, they are paying for those calls through remittances they send to them. It is therefore doubtful if the govt is making the expected gains.
  
  I think the govt must find a diff. way to monitor the telcos. If any is found to be cheating, there must be a very heavy penalty, thus serving to discourage them from cheating.
