  My moniker here is Nyansasem, and I pick up a name like, Williamson Darko Tamakloe to write an article-PREZ MILLS AND ATUGUBA HAVE SENT ONE BILLION DOLLARS TO THE STATES and send it to Ghanaweb. Do you want to tell me that, the Government or chief justice should waste our money to investigate where and when Prez Mahama and Atuguba sent one billion dollars to the United States? Think, bro. Not everything should be investigated when someone hide behind the anonymity of internet to cause mischief like that. And especially when there aren't any paper in Ghana with such name.
  
  If anything, to clear his name, Asantehene should have consulted Ghanaweb and plead to have his lawyers track down the sender of the article...

  the short memory of these so called journalists is worrying . look at what this same bagbin did as minister or works and housing , there its more evident his corrupt unscrupulous lying character in the stx , chinese and numerous take money for myself only dealings . bagbin has the reputation of being the most corrupt minister after mahama then vice himself so who are we joking here . we now see the caliber and nature of all these useless ministers by just looking in their waiting rooms . during the time of npp you would go to these same waiting rooms and see people in suits and other attire waiting to do business today the transformation is you see young ashawo girls , boys in t shirts and all kinds of crazy ass idiots waiting to collect monies from whoever , none are there for any govt business talk less of anything beneficial to the state . the business community has now shied away from having anything to do with these criminals and their anti Akan agenda . kwasea pepeni has destroyed all unity left and so we must continue to prepare for the revolution and war. it seems even their own gen mosquito is slowly coming to his senses and seeing the pain and suffering of his own people , i guess the syndrome of the prodigal son is now getting through to the Akans among them . long live the republic of Akan

  There's nowhere in the job description of our Chief Justice that she has to undertake an investigation in an alleged corruption in the Judiciary.Her main responsibility is to head a panel of Justices of our Supreme Court in ascertaining the constitutionality of cases that have exhausted the lower appellate courts.She's not the one to initiate any due process in the courts.Otchere Darko should acquaint himself with judicial procedures before opening his loud mouth and exposing his gaping ignorance.I know he's of the school of thought of those who think because Akofo Addo lost his petition of reversal of our latent election results,then some of the Jurists might have been bribed.I wish the Jurists would call his bluff and demand he proves his empty allegations in the court of law instead of mouthing off recklessly in the public domain.
  I suspect he's so disappointed his uncle failed to win the mandate,once again,of Ghanaians to become President.That put a painful dagger in his Utopian wishes to be assigned a high level position in an Akuffo's administration in which poor Ghanaians would have provided him with all utilities paid house ,a chauffeur-driven car fueled at the expense of the poor Ghanaian taxpayers,a cook and probably his own girlfriends who'll travel the world over with him to comfort him.Sorry Otchere Darko, your Uncle would never be President of our country.Suck it up and stop throwing dirt at innocent people 'cos none of it would stick.If you have any credible evidence to support your vacuous allegations,please employ the proper and legal channels available to all competent plaintiffs in our Judiciary system.

  I understand the Otumfuor's legal team was pursuing a legal route to clear his name. But it may be taking too long. The longer it takes the more likely more folks buy into the allegation.
  
  As for Justice Atuguba, he might have chosen to dismiss the allegation as one from the initial opponents of his inclusion on the Court and would not dignify it with any attention.
  
  The area in which the CJ ought to show her leadership for greater integrity and vision is the fight against Corruption. That is the dominant issue afflicting the Nation, now, threatening the very core of our Governance.
  
  She should lead in identifying cases that need to be fully investigated and proceed with request for prosecution. Many of the Corruption reports have substantive accompanying documentation to warrant further legal processing.

  For one, certain pronouncements, esp. coming from anonymous persons like these slimeballs behind the nauseous accusations, shldn't be dignified with response. I was therefore taken aback when I read Arthur Kennedy's populist nonsense! Now Otchere! C'mmon, folks!
  
  Secondly, it is rather in the purview of the security agencies manned by the NDC regime to investigate and bring to book those behind the slurs. But as we all know by now (don't we?), the NDC gurus and their capos "no get sense"! They probably relish being accused of bribery and corruption without doing anything about it!
  
  As for the CJ, I actually was penning a contribution when the news broke out but lost it. Not easy trying to work and doing things like that too. There is much for her to do in cleaning the judiciary. Those of us with some insight into it know that they stink to the high heavens!

  I really bye the ideals of the CJ relating to bribery judges and also the judges that sat on the just ended petition case at the Supreme court of the Land, and Also some judges at lower courts in the country. They are using innocence people for money-gain ventureship currently. With this directive, the judges must be careful scrutinized and prosecuted for their ignorance and greediness. Their selfish gains have now led this Ghana into dilemmas and unproductive systemic thereon. we need to be careful before any mess.Mahama must resign before his tenure of Office, else experience his predecessor. thanks

  Anyone in Ghana who will put their life on the line for the Chief Justice Ms. Georgina Woods to rain in miracles would perish for being foolish. It is one thing to be appointed by Kufour the then president because they all do get to the Supreme Court by presidential appointment. It is another thing, however, when Ms Georgina Woods would stoop so low as to accept land from the same president Kufour when she the CJ should have known the constitution of Ghana and powers vested in the office of president.
  If Nana Akufo-Addo would not accept land offers from Kufour then the CJ is already damned for the land bribery she took. Remember folks, Kufour by any measure is a thief and incompetent. It was under his watch that every government document relative to contracts signed under his time in office come up missing since leaving office. It is under the CJ that none of Kufour band of thieves can be successfully prosecuted. Counting on an unprincipled morally bankrupt CJ to do any more than what her tract record is pure folly. Miracles can only come from our maker.
