  That Al Hajj paper is a big joke and a source of destabilising Ghana. However, Rodney, we current economic problems partially stem from our moribund constitution which confers on the president too much power for comfort. We need to remove some of his powers to bring sanity into governance, or else inept governance will not depart our shores and we shall be architects of our own doom.
