But as time goes on, and Ghana continues to sink into a mess everyday and Mahama displays incompetence and leaks of partiality and partisanship of the judges become common knowledge, Atuguba and his cronies will rue the day they handed down that infamous and mind boggling verdict for ever.Why? because Ghanaians will always associate the name Atuguba with injustice and corruption,with intimidation to cover a wrongful verdict. Anybody called Atuguba will never sit on the supreme court in future.People will change their names the same way the name Hitler became extinct in Germany. This will teach Ghanaian judges that the proverb " a good name is better than riches" is not only a British concept but a Ghanaian one too. The Executive Secretary of the Constitution Review Commission, Dr. Raymond Atuguba says after years of association with the judiciary, he was convinced judges are corrupt.

Speaking at a roundtable discussion on the judiciary and Ghana's justice system in Accra, organized by the National Commission for Civic Education as part of its annual constitution week, Dr Atuguba stressed that nobody can win him over that assertion.

'Between 1997 and 1999, I stayed in the house of a judge, and so there is nobody in Ghana who can convince me that judges are not corrupt,' he argued.
