is such a pity that a small country of ours uses 70% of our resources in paying a little over 700,000 employees of the state, we need to downsize our labour force.Why down size the labor force? We have to create more opportunities through investment . What has failed is the supply side of our equation . Suplly and demand. We have created demand but because we have no local sources of supply , that cannot traslate into taxation to make the state better off . That is where I blame the NPP and its failed philosophy. Cut size cut size and then d what with the redundant or excess labor?
