  I am anti-socialist but I applaud the writer for his foresight. He didnt not just rant on about what is wrong with the system,but actually itemised the things he would do to make a difference.And, that is a marked departure from the Ghanaian stand point where finger pointing and insults are the norm without offering any solutions.   Ghana's population of 24million includes people below 18 years, retirees who do not have money to give and yet others who are unemployed or under employed.

  Your best bet could be those that hold jobs and have legitimate payroll system. Never trust churches or Imams with money; they are as corrupt as the next politicians and so are the talking heads in our media houses and newsrooms.
